Himachal Can Be a Quick Hill Break or a Serious Mountain Circuit

Himachal Pradesh works for very different travellers. Some want a short Shimla holiday with Kufri, Mall Road, The Ridge, and Jakhoo Temple. Some want Manali with Solang Valley, Rohtang access, cafes, snow activities, and a slower honeymoon-style pace. Others want the full Spiti circuit through Kalpa, Kaza, Chandratal, and Manali.

Our current Himachal packages cover these practical choices instead of forcing one generic itinerary. You can start from Delhi or Chandigarh for Shimla, combine Shimla and Manali in 5 days, focus only on Manali, choose Dharamshala-Dalhousie for Tibetan culture and Khajjiar, or take the 7-day Spiti route when roads are open.

Packages include accommodation, daily breakfast, and private vehicle support for transfers and sightseeing. Rohtang permits, adventure activities, monastery or attraction entry fees, heaters, and personal expenses are kept separate so the actual travel cost stays clear.

Why Meet 'N' Greet Travels

We Match the Himachal Route to the Season

Snow, road permits, long drives, and altitude matter in Himachal. We keep the package realistic for your month of travel.

Private vehicle where it matters

Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, Dalhousie, and Spiti all need dependable road travel. Packages include private cab support for transfers and sightseeing based on group size.

Clear Rohtang and activity guidance

Rohtang Pass access depends on weather and government permits. Solang adventure activities like paragliding, skiing, snow scooters, and zorbing are optional and payable directly.

Spiti is treated as an adventure route

The Spiti package uses the Shimla-Kalpa-Kaza-Chandratal-Manali route and needs basic fitness, acclimatization, and flexible expectations around remote stays and mobile connectivity.

Comfortable options for couples and families

Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, Dalhousie, and Khajjiar routes work well for couples, families, and leisure travellers who want private transport without a rushed group-tour schedule.

Customization for hotels and pace

Hotel category, honeymoon inclusions, extra leisure days, and route extensions can be adjusted before booking.

Plan Your Trip

When Should You Go?

March – June

Best for Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, and Dalhousie sightseeing. Weather is pleasant, roads are generally open, and families often prefer this window for summer vacations.

May – October

Best for Spiti Valley because high-altitude roads and Chandratal access are more reliable. Chandratal is mainly accessible from June to October, depending on weather and road conditions.

October – February

Good for cold weather and possible snowfall around Shimla, Kufri, Manali, Solang, Dharamshala, and Dalhousie. Snowfall cannot be guaranteed and can affect roads.

July – September

Monsoon brings greenery but also landslide risk on mountain roads. Spiti can still be planned through suitable routes, but standard hill-station travel needs flexibility.

Note: Rohtang Pass, Chandratal, and some high-altitude routes are weather and permit dependent. We confirm route feasibility before finalizing the itinerary.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Himachal package is best for a first trip?

Shimla-Manali is the most balanced first-time route. If you have less time, choose Shimla only. If you want cafes, snow activities, and honeymoon-style sightseeing, choose Manali.

Is Rohtang Pass included?

Rohtang Pass is subject to weather, local rules, and permit availability. If it is closed, Solang Valley is covered. Rohtang permit and vehicle charges are separate unless specifically added.

When should I visit Spiti Valley?

May to October is the practical Spiti window, with Chandratal usually accessible from June to October. Spiti is high altitude, so basic fitness and flexible expectations are important.

Are adventure activities included?

No. Activities such as paragliding, skiing, snow scooters, zorbing, and Khajjiar activities are optional and paid directly at the location.

Is Himachal suitable for senior citizens?

Shimla, Manali, Dharamshala, and Dalhousie can suit senior travellers with relaxed pacing. Spiti is not ideal for elderly travellers or anyone with altitude-sensitive health concerns.

Can I customize a Himachal itinerary?

Yes. You can adjust pickup city, hotel category, route, number of nights, honeymoon inclusions, and optional experiences before booking.
