Welcome to Meet n Greet Travels! Meet n Greet Travels (MnGT) extends a warm welcome to you, our valued user. By accessing and utilizing our services, you are hereby acknowledged as having accepted the terms and conditions outlined below. MnGT retains the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions as necessary, and we encourage you to review them diligently each time you engage with our services. All products, services, and information presented on Meet n Greet Travels constitute an "invitation to offer." When you place an order or make a booking, it is considered your "offer," which is subject to the terms and conditions presented herein. MnGT reserves the exclusive right, at our discretion, to terminate access to the Meet n Greet Travels website and its associated services, either in part or in whole, without prior notice. The contractual agreement between you and Meet n Greet Travels shall be governed by the following terms and conditions:

Terms of Service

When using the services offered by Meet n Greet Travels (MnGT), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • You certify that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • These terms and conditions take precedence over all prior representations, understandings, or agreements, regardless of any variations with other terms from any submitted order. By utilizing MnGT's services, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all prices are in Indian Rupees.
  • Prices and the availability of products may change without prior notice, at the sole discretion of Meet n Greet Travels.
  • Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions

  • All bookings are subject to a 2.5% bank transaction fee on credit card/net banking/debit card refunds.
  • Cancellation Policy:
  • Meet n Greet Travels reserves the right to include its non-refundable service charges, with a minimum of INR 250 per room per night.
  • A modification fee of INR 500 per request will apply if you wish to change or cancel any part of your hotel booking. Additionally, a rate difference may be charged for changes to the reservation, subject to availability.
  • All cancellations or modifications must be communicated directly to us via email or fax, including the KIOMOI Booking Reference #. Requests lacking the KIOMOI Booking Reference # will not be processed, and Meet n Greet Travels will not be responsible for responding to such requests. Direct cancellations or modifications made at the hotel will not be considered.
  • Refunds for cancelled or modified bookings will take at least 07 working days to process. Please note that your bank may not process the refund until your next billing cycle.
  • The standard check-in time is 12:00 Noon, and the check-out time is 12:00 Noon. However, these timings may vary from hotel to hotel. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges, as determined by the hotel. Some hotels may follow a 24-hour check-in and check-out policy, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
  • Kid's tariff applies to children up to 11 years of age. Children above 11 years are charged as adults. Kids under 5 sharing an existing bed with their parents in the same room are generally not charged. However, some hotels may levy a meal supplement charge for children, and a few may charge for their stay, depending on the hotel's policy.
  • Meal Plan Definitions:
  • The booking price inclusions are as per the selected plan mentioned above.
  • All other extra or incidental charges are to be settled directly by the customer with the hotel.
  • Tour Booking Terms & Conditions

  • The standard hotel check-in time is 1400 Hrs, and the check-out time is 1100 Hrs. Please note that these timings may vary from hotel to hotel and from city to city.
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges as determined by the hotel.
  • As per government regulations, all guests above 18 years of age are required to present a valid photo identity card (PAN card is not valid) and an address proof during check-in.
  • Some hotels may not allow unmarried or unrelated couples to check in. The hotel's decision is final in such cases, and no refund will be applicable. Meet n Greet Travels will not be held responsible if the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.
  • Child Policy
  • In the event of a proposed or quoted hotel being sold-out or overbooked, we will provide a similar category or upgraded hotel.
  • All tour bookings made for long weekends, special occasions, and festive seasons require 100% advance payment and are non-refundable. No post-payment or partial payment for tours will be accepted during these peak holiday periods.
  • When room category is not specified in the final proposal or on our website, the standard or starting category of room will be provided.
  • Any cancellations or modifications must be communicated to MnGT via email/phone, including the MnGT booking reference. Cancellation and modification policies will be subject to the hotel or tour operator's policies and availability. Fare differences may apply.
  • Cab and driver details will be provided 24 hours before the trip's start and communicated via email/phone/WhatsApp, as applicable.
  • Extra expenses such as laundry charges, telephone bills, or meals not included in the booking must be settled directly by the guest with the hotel.
  • Sightseeing will be conducted as per the itinerary on a point-to-point basis. The car will not be at your disposal, and any extra running will be paid directly to the driver.
  • In hilly areas, air conditioning in the car may not be available. You can request it from the driver and pay directly for the service if available.
  • Any cost escalation due to natural calamities, traffic, law and order issues, political unrest, flight/train/bus cancellations, or other unforeseen situations will be borne by the customer. MnGT will not be held responsible in such cases.
  • Booking for flights, trains, buses, and forest safaris is subject to availability and will be booked on an actual basis with a minimum convenience fee. These bookings are not part of the land package.
  • Permits for remote areas are subject to guidelines and availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Payments for international tours must be made in USD unless otherwise specified. Exchange rate differences will be borne by the customer.
  • Visa, inner line permits, and other entry permits are granted at the sole discretion of the respective authorities. While MnGT facilitates the process, we are not responsible for delays, rejections, or cancellations.
  • Cancellation fees or charges will be calculated based on the total package cost (before tax) and not on the advance payment. Direct cancellations or amendments made with hotels or suppliers will not be entertained.
  • Once a booking is modified, it cannot be modified again, and you will receive immediate notification of the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be processed promptly following cancellation. However, your bank may take additional time to process the refund, typically within 7-15 days.
  • Visa & Insurance Terms & Conditions

  • MnGT acts as a facilitator for visa applications and will guide customers through the process. Visa issuance is at the discretion of the concerned embassy, and MnGT is not responsible for rejection. Visa fees are non-refundable for rejected applications.
  • While we aim to provide a seamless visa experience, MnGT is not responsible for unforeseen changes to visa formalities imposed by embassies during the document submission and processing phase.
  • MnGT processes Visa/Mastercard/Amex/Diners/Rupay card payments through a secure online payment gateway. Your credit card information is not stored, and transactions are authorized directly by your bank for security.
  • If a credit card payment is declined for any reason, alternate payment instructions must reach MnGT at least 72 hours prior to departure to avoid order cancellation.
  • Online Card Payments Policy

  • Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Diners, and Rupay card payments are securely processed through our online payment gateway. Rest assured that your credit card information is handled with care.
  • When you make a payment, your bank directly authorizes the credit card transaction. No sensitive information passes through MnGT. Within 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection), your bank will issue an authorization code, confirming the completion of the transaction.
  • MnGT utilizes Verisign Certified Sites for our payment gateway. This technology employs the latest 128-bit encryption and other advanced methods to safeguard your credit card details. Our booking process is conducted using SSL encryption, the internet standard for secure transactions.
  • We do not retain your credit card information after the transaction is complete. Your security and privacy are paramount, and we ensure that your credit card data is not stored on our systems.
  • If your credit card payment is declined for any reason, please provide alternate payment instructions to MnGT at least 72 hours prior to your departure time. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation.
  • Delivery of Services - Refunds and Cancellations

  • After the cancellation of your booking, you will receive an email at the address provided, stating the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of the cancellation email. If the payment was made via a valid credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card. For payments made through other methods, refunds will be deposited into your account within a maximum of 30 working days from the cancellation email.
  • In some cases where cash deposit and credit card refunds are not possible, MnGT may issue a credit note for the same amount, which can be used for future bookings.
  • MnGT charges a minimum service fee of INR 500 for cancellations and amendments, in addition to any fare or tariff differential charges applicable to the booking. This service fee applies even if the customer is entitled to a full refund. We recommend that customers review the individual hotel's terms and conditions for further clarification.
  • If the E-voucher is lost or damaged, the refund process cannot be initiated with the hotel. Instead, the refund will be transferred via cash deposit.
  • In cases where a customer avails of our hotel reservation services but becomes uncontactable using the provided contact details, the selected hotel reservation will be canceled. MnGT will not be liable for any charges or expenses incurred by the customer, directly or indirectly.
  • MnGT generates promotional codes from time to time, which may be redeemed on the website as discount coupons.
  • Car Cancellation Terms & Conditions
  • If you wish to change or cancel any part of your booking, a minimum fee of INR 250 per request will apply, along with any rate differences based on availability.
  • If the cab operator changes the vehicle type for any reason, MnGT will refund the differential amount to the customer if notified within 24 hours of the journey.
  • Refunds for bookings canceled or modified take at least 7-15 working days to process. Please note that the cancellation fee and processing time may vary among different cab operators.

  • Instant Booking (Book Now Option)

  • You must be at least 18 years old to check into the hotel.
  • We do not hold any hotel/package booking. Your booking is reconfirmed within 24 working hours.
  • Rates are valid for Indian residents and non-Indian residents with work permits in India. Non-Indian residents may be subject to additional charges as per hotel policy.
  • If the same category hotel is not available, MnGT will provide a similar category of hotel. If an upgrade is required, the customer may need to pay the additional cost.
  • In case of sudden cost increments in hotel/package bookings and taxes, the customer will be responsible for covering the additional costs.
  • For all pick-up arrangements, customers must provide pick-up details, including flight/train numbers and booking confirmation ID, at least 7 days before the check-in date.
  • Your credit card is charged with the total cost at the time of purchase. Please note that prices and room availability are not guaranteed until full payment is received.
  • The price displayed does not include hotel service fees, charges for optional incidentals, or regulatory surcharges. The hotel will assess these fees and charges upon checkout.
  • MnGT reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings without prior notice. In case of cancellation, a full refund, excluding service charges, will be issued to the customer within 30 working days.
  • All other refunds are subject to a minimum of 7 working days or will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • The standard check-in and checkout time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late checkouts are available upon request, subject to availability, and may be chargeable by the hotel.
  • For cancellations, the standard policy will apply.
